Common Questions

FAQ

How long does a home inspection take?

Most inspections take 2.5 to 3.5 hours depending on the size and age of the home. We encourage buyers to attend the last 30–45 minutes so we can walk you through our findings in person.

When will I receive my inspection report?

We deliver your report the same day — typically within 2–4 hours of completing the inspection. Reports are fully digital, with photos, annotated diagrams, and plain-English explanations.

What areas of Georgia do you serve?

We primarily serve the north and northeast Atlanta suburbs including Buford, Dacula, Duluth, Lawrenceville, Suwanee, Braselton, Flowery Branch, and Sugar Hill. Visit our Areas We Serve page for a full list.

Do you offer radon and mold testing?

Yes. We offer radon testing, mold air sampling, and mold swab testing as standalone services or bundled with a home inspection. Georgia homes — especially in the north Atlanta foothills — can have elevated radon levels.

Can you do a pre-listing inspection before I sell my home?

Absolutely. A pre-listing inspection helps sellers identify and address issues before buyers find them, which can reduce negotiation friction and help close faster. Ask about our seller inspection packages.

What certifications do your inspectors hold?

Our inspectors are certified through InterNACHI (the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), and we carry full general-liability and professional-liability (E&O) insurance. We also hold IAC2 certifications for mold and radon testing.
