Do you coordinate scheduling with my client directly?
Yes. Give us the contact and we handle it start to finish — appointment, access, and the walkthrough. It stays off your plate.
How fast will my client get the report?
Typically within 24 hours of the inspection, so due diligence and your closing timeline stay on track.
Does it cost me anything to refer a client?
No. Your clients pay for their own inspection, and there's nothing for you to cover. Partnering with us is simply having an inspection team you trust on every deal.
